I didn’t know any of us were going to meet our goal on the 1st try, let alone exceed ‘em. Sweetzoles! It would have been fun to have done a baseline back in Jan. to see how much we improved, but mostly I’m just happy the track goal is over. :)

Wow, great race, Rob. It sounds like it was really rough, but I think you were right on about the heat and all. Yeah, the important thing is to find a happy medium. You’ve made huge strides in your health and that is awesome. If you never race another race again, you have a lot to be proud of (I’m still keeping my fingers crossed for that addiction to hit ya though!).

Hey man, I really enjoyed your post and your About Me page. I sympathize with you so much. I myself went from 6′2″ 190lbs to 6′2″ 253lbs. Over a period of time of course, but it all happened very quickly and I never got to have the body I wanted either. I just wrote a post today about trying to get the body I want. It is a long process, as you know. And YES, blogging about exercise is even harder than doing it. I learned that when I was trying to write my post today. I wish you luck in your noble pursuit. You can do it.
